ABOUT A. KASTNER'S FAMILY TAEKWONDO
A. Kastner's Family Taekwondo is a martial arts studio located in Belmar, NJ, offering traditional Taekwondo classes to kids, teens, and adults aged 4 and up. Founded and led by Alicia Kastner, a 7th Degree Black Belt, the studio has been dedicated to nurturing the physical and mental well-being of its students since 1992. Our curriculum is designed to instill self-confidence, discipline, and respect, while improving overall fitness. This is a safe space for individuals to grow and learn, emphasizing values that extend beyond the studio.

MEET OUR INSTRUCTORS
With over three decades of experience, Alicia Kastner is a highly respected martial artist and instructor. Her passion for Taekwondo and teaching has positively impacted countless lives within the community.

Mr. Stuart has been a member of Family TKD for over 20 years. He is a 3rd Degree Black Belt, middle school teacher, and track coach in addition be a fantastic martial artist and instructor.

Robert Stuart
Miss Brown started training at Family TKD when she was 6 years old. She is a 4th Degree Black Belt in addition to her career with the NJ Sharing Network.
Janet Brown
Certified Instructor
Miss Lappas is a 4th Degree Black Belt. She recently graduated with her Masters Degree from Monmouth University. She has been training in TKD since she was a child.
